I would say, as a vendor, New Ocean’s pants were so on fire they burned clean off. Then I watched the video, and N.O. made some valid points about the invasiveness of traditional HRAs, albeit with hyperbole. However, they described their HRA via negativa, leaving one wondering what’s their secret suace. The video title on YouTube is “Shame.”

Thing is, I’m not sure what you can do to an HRA to make it less invasive and still learn anything.
