Two other breakthroughs for this very disruptive program:
(1) First wellness company that could defend itself from a lawsuit by citing the First Amendment
(2) First wellness company website requiring parental controls.
As Bill Springer commented on linkedin (and darn I wish I had thought of this one), no one can accuse them of not being fully transparent.

I would say, as a vendor, New Ocean’s pants were so on fire they burned clean off. Then I watched the video, and N.O. made some valid points about the invasiveness of traditional HRAs, albeit with hyperbole. However, they described their HRA via negativa, leaving one wondering what’s their secret suace. The video title on YouTube is “Shame.”

Thing is, I’m not sure what you can do to an HRA to make it less invasive and still learn anything.
